An electrostatic precipitator that maintains its effectiveness over time. Designed for real-world operation—with easy access, operational monitoring, and quick cleaning capabilities. A 100% Polish product, designed with real-world operating conditions in mind.
Non-invasive installation
Unlike many standard solutions, the electrofilter maintains high efficiency due to easy servicing and simple cleaning. The advanced controller continuously monitors the voltage and current of the ESP module, ensuring stable operating conditions. This guarantees consistent filtration performance and reliability even under intensive use.
Service without dismantling the system
Easy maintenance of the electrostatic filter, thanks to the removable sediment cartridge, ensures quick cleaning of the electrodes and helps maintain consistently high exhaust gas filtration efficiency.
Removable electrostatic precipitator module
Full service access from the boiler room level, without working on the chimney, with automatic HV power disconnection upon opening the door – quick handling and safe servicing of the device.
2.In the central part of the device, corona electrodes generate a controlled high-voltage electrostatic field. Within this area, gas molecules become ionized, and the dust particles contained in the flue gases receive an electric charge.
4.After passing through the electrostatic cleaning zone, the flue gases leave the electrofilter practically free of suspended dust. The result is significantly reduced emissions from the chimney, cleaner air, and a more environmentally friendly operation of the installation.
3.Charged dust particles are attracted to the collecting electrodes, where they settle on their surface. This ensures that even very fine fractions of dust, which would normally enter the atmosphere, are effectively retained.
1.Flue gases from the boiler enter the electrofilter through the inlet duct.

Comparison of Solutions
In many market solutions, the problem is not the lack of technology, but the lack of a real possibility to operate it. The ESP-MOD-S electrofilter has been designed so that the user can easily and regularly service it, which directly translates into actual filtration efficiency.

High efficiencyof separation
Unlike typical tubular electrofilters, where the settling surface is the inner wall of the tube, the Elektrodynamika electrofilter uses a system of multiple flat settling electrodes in the ESP module.
Maximum surfacefor settling
Multiplied settling surface for the same height of the device – each electrode works on both sides, significantly increasing the effective surface area for particle collection.
Reliabilityin operation
A reduced number of structural elements means greater geometric stability, lower risk of electrode system misalignment, and repeatable operating parameters throughout the device's lifecycle.

Intelligent controller
with display
The electrofilter is equipped with an advanced controller with a built-in display, providing full control over the operation of the device and constant access to key operational parameters. The controller not only presents data but actively supervises the operation of the electrofilter, controlling the voltage and current parameters of the ESP module to maintain stable operating conditions and consistent filtration efficiency.
Intuitive interface
The screen displays the most important information:
- current device status: operation / alarm / contamination (cleaning required)
- operating voltage of the electrofilter module (kV)
- status and diagnostic messages
Full control
- flue gas temperature
- operating current of the ESP module (mA)
- operating voltage of the ESP module (kV)
Readable operation
- simple operation
- using buttons (+ / -)
- quick access to operating parameters
- clear interface
Automatic information about the need for cleaning
The integrated monitoring system of the electrofilter analyzes its condition and informs the user about the need for cleaning, ensuring that:
- high filtration efficiency is maintained
- the risk of performance drop is eliminated
- the operation of the device is intuitive and predictable
Communication and system integration
The electrofilter controller has built-in Modbus RTU (RS485) communication, which enables:
- integration with building automation systems (BMS)
- remote monitoring of the device's operation
- reading parameters and diagnostics in master systems
Integrated sensorcarbon monoxide (CO)
The device is equipped with a built-in carbon monoxide (CO) sensor that continuously monitors the concentration of carbon monoxide in the vicinity of the installation.
In case of detecting elevated CO levels:
- an immediate alarm is generated on the controller along with an audible signal
- the user receives clear information about the threat
- integration of the alarm signal with external systems is possible
